If I use https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query and https://mozilla.cloudflare-dns.com/ dns-query turns out to be 172.68.15.160. Are there any dns servers that do not work in Russia and Secure DNS would work (all checks on https://www.cloudflare.com/ssl/encrypted-sni/ would pass )?
