Need a free DNS hosting with DNSSEC support, currently used by he.net, are there any good alternatives?

dnssec is the only requirement?
domain transfer ready?
The default DNS of some registrars supports DNSSEC. pay only for the domain name during the transfer (depending on which TLD, of course)
