DNS and wildcard?

Good,
There is BIND 9.8.2rc1-RedHat-9.8.2-0.37.rc1.el6_7.7
There is a domain
I need to register an SPF TXT record for the main domain and subdomains, I
made a wildcard in this way
$ORIGIN example.com
@ TXT "spf text"
* TXT "spf text"
Also in the zone file there are a bunch of records for subdomains, there are MX and A
abinsk MX 10 smtp.example.com
abinsk A
ip_addr abracadabra.example.com it is.
As I understand it, more specific records have a higher priority, but I don’t understand why this happens with a TXT record, I don’t have TXT records in abinsk.
How to be in that case?

Wildcards only work for names that don't have any entries at all, regardless of type.
As soon as you have entered an entry of any type for abinsk, no wildcards for this name will work, you must write explicit entries.
