Dle hosting load, how to solve?

Expensive time of day, traffic on the site has grown a lot in recent days and hosting began to disable the site.

Hello,

Due to exceeding the permissible load on the hosting (in the control panel in the Other settings - Load on hosting section, you can see load graphs).

1.4. The software installed on the Client's virtual hosting must not overload the server.
CP - CPU time used to execute user scripts. It is forbidden to exceed the statistical load (cp) created by user processes on server processors per day more than:
150cp minutes for PHP execution, or 2500cp seconds for MySQL server, on Os5, HostY50, SSD 50 GB tariff plans.

As well as launching a large number of processes, your number of processes is currently running 68.

1.4.1. It is forbidden to run more than 25 simultaneously running user processes on any hosting plan. If the limit is exceeded, the account may be automatically suspended without warning, while the reasons are clarified.

Increased the number of allowed processes for a while so that blocking does not occur.
The main load from the distribution of files through the php script /engine/download.php if you give the distribution of files directly by the link (without a php script) - the load should decrease if the files are not large.

How to solve the problem, can anyone help?

Do you need to administer and configure Vds yourself?
