DKIM letter not being signed?

Hello.
Such a problem. Does not sign DKIM messages. Server on Vesta. The keys are ok. Checked. But does not sign messages.
Already looked at everything. I read all the advice on Habré. But still, he doesn't want to. What is the problem?? Maybe someone faced a problem?
