keep in mind that DKIM may not be available (for example, there is for mail.meta.ua, etc.)

What do you mean by DKIM domain? If it is a public key, then there can be several of them with different selectors, they are published as a TXT record selector._domainkey.example.com.
Maybe you don't mean DKIM, but DMARC policy?
