I don't understand how mobile app development works. So...
I was looking for freelancers to develop a mobile application for IOS and Android platforms.
It is necessary to develop a backend (that is, a server part, an admin panel, etc.) and naturally write the application itself for both platforms.
One freelancer tells me that he will write an application in django and that this code will work on both platforms.
That is, supposedly its code will adjust itself to IOS and Android.
Is this even real?
What does he mean ?
Maybe he means that the backend will be common?

Django is eaten with python. And yes, it will work if everything is done correctly -))).
