Django/RoR remote work. Is everything that bad?
Good day to all.
I am a php developer with ~5 years experience. For some reason, I want to retrain in Django or RoR developer.
Who faced, tell us how things are with remote work? How and where did you search?
I've been looking at job sites for the last couple of weeks: for 50 php jobs, there are 2-5 django/ror jobs. Is everything really that bad?
ps
Interested in permanent remote work, not freelancing.

Yes, not so bad, brainstorage.me/jobs Ruby / Python jobs often flash here, incl. and for remote work
There is work, but more than 50,000 rubles. not offered per month. In the CIS. Unless, of course, you are a temlid / service station. There are often offers on the most popular freelance resource, according to my estimates, there are 2-3 vacancies per week.
UPD:
I also recommend watching Moscow vacancies, even where they don’t write that this is a remote job, often employers don’t think / forgot that “this is also possible”.
Yes, everything is really bad, the Russian employer is not yet fully ready, it’s not convenient with the Americans on time, you have to look for a job for months :)
