Django or asp.net core for REST API?
I want to study the web framework for my future projects and for earning money through freelancing, and MB for employment in the future. Which one is better to choose from? Interested in the REST API (send json, and the client is already processing it). I'm considering other options as well.

If you are planning to move away from .NET (which, in my opinion, is a little strange - Microsoft's current trends are very good, really encouraging), then you can also look at Django.
As noted in the comments, this will entail the study of Python and Django, their infrastructure. As for me, in order to answer this question from the point of view of freelancing, then here you need to understand the market - and what is required. To do this, just go to the exchanges and look at backend orders - what is required there. After that, draw your conclusions.
As for me, both .NET (in your case, .net core, which is already quite good) and PHP (slim, silex symfony 4, etc.) are suitable for freelancing. You can consider the Node.JS stack, which is quite a good option.
Not sure if it's worth looking at Java/Scala/Erlang - it's more for core work, for "enterprise" as far as I'm concerned. But, as I noted above - if there is a need - why not. Java has Sping Boot, Scala has Akka and Akka.Http, erlang is not really his but elixir.
