Django news site?

My task is this:
News site.
There are 2 types of content: Free and Paid.
There are 3 types of user: User ( and Guest ) and Subscriber.
User can see Free content. And can comment on content.
Guest can see Free content. And can't comment on content.
The subscriber can see Free and paid content. And can comment on content.
Monthly Subscription.
Please give great solutions.

I recommend choosing Wagtail CMS for such a project. It has a user-friendly admin area for the news site and the documentation is well written.
