And now let’s take the project created yesterday and enter the same thing (But here the application name is different, because it already exists), and look at the result:

As you can see, everything was created normally and without errors, and now the question.
Why? Why can't I create an application in another project, and by the way, this problem is not only with the creation of the application, I can't even start the server
