Good day, I'm interested in this question. Suppose there is a city division on the site, each city has its own administrator who manages various information. How to make it so that each administrator user has access to only his city in the admin panel?

Without knowing the structure of the database, it is not clear what to advise you, there are many solutions, but why describe everything if you already have something configured and it is better to write for it, if possible
