From quintal to decimal (25+5+2 =32), from decimal to hexadecimal (32 = 0x20 = 0x10*2), divide 0x8F10ABC76 by 0x20 - first by 0x10 (it turns out 0x8F10ABC7), then by 0x2 (it is not necessary to divide everything , we look only at the last digit, 7/2 = 3), the answer 3
