Distribution of Wi-Fi from the street to one wall of the room?

Good afternoon. The authorities, in search of solutions, set me the task of finding information. The crux of the matter is this. There is a hotel with showcase window numbers (on the whole wall) facing one way. 2 floors, room length ~ 100m. So you need to arrange the distribution of Wi-Fi from the street to the rooms with a directional antenna. I can't find the exact information, but I'm trying very hard. If there are examples or specialists who can help in this matter, unsubscribe. I will describe in more detail. Thank you.

If I were you, being a programmer, I would hint to the management that these are not my job responsibilities and not my specialization, with equal success, the task can be entrusted to a plumber. If it is necessary for the network to be - no question, if it is necessary for the network to work - contact qualified specialists on the side, if there are none

It will turn out a wonderful weather-dependent Internet - water in snow and rain perfectly eats 20-40dB of the signal. Tell the highbrow bosses not to do bullshit.
By the way, do street Wi-Fi still need permission from the RKN?

The task is not trivial (I have not seen any mention of such an approach before - you see, few hotels have all the rooms on one side) and is interesting for that. In my opinion, this can be done if we take into account some nuances:
1. Opposite the windows on the other side of the street (distance no more than 10 ... 90 degrees (so as not to waste the transmitter power, irradiating the sky and the earth, but also not to lose coverage in the width of the coverage area).
2. Since the building is long, 4...5 such TDs will be required, every 15...20 m. This is still not dozens with a corridor system and not hundreds when installed in each room.
3. Of course, the windows should not have sun blinds and tinted metal.
It makes sense to buy one such AP (and an antenna, of course) and experiment with it: place it as in step 1 and walk around the numbers with a WiFi indicator (a smartphone with an application is quite suitable), observing the signal level and coverage area. Everything will immediately become clear.
