Distribute the Internet through a wi-fi adapter?

There is a TP-WN350GD adapter in my system unit and a network card to which the cable is connected and the Internet is connected via the PPPoE connection of the provider.
I want to use the adapter as an access point, but don't know where to start.
I read a lot on the net about creating a virtual access point, but how to connect it with my adapter - it remains virtual. I used software for these cases, the connection seems to be being created, but the devices do not see the access point.
Tell me how to use the adapter as an access point?

Try to do for yourself what the programs recommended above do, but without a graphical interface:
Something like this:
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=MyNet key=MyPassword
netsh wlan start hostednetwork

If there are any error messages, write, we'll think about it. Some network card drivers do not know how to transfer cards to the required operating modes.

I do not undertake to confirm definitively, however, it seems that not all setevushki are able to do this.
I had a similar problem with a long card.

Do you have Windows OS? you can create an ad-hoc network using the built-in tools. Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> create a new network -> computer-to-computer network type. Next, you will be asked to rummage around access to the Internet through the Lan adapter.
