Hello. I have a desire and a need to get a higher education, which will be quoted in the CIS. I have no desire and opportunity to study at a university due to some features of local universities. At the moment I have a secondary technical, repair of household appliances, for which I do not work.

I would like to know where you can get a normal higher education remotely? Interested in specialties bordering on system administration, network infrastructure ...

Does anyone have such experience?

These are either paid remote courses on Windows / Linux / cisco administration technologies, or working with hardware (servers, drives) of large brands, or the usual path from Enikey to an architect, which includes both work experience and courses.

Answer: nowhere. Another answer: anywhere.
You will not get that volume anywhere - a variety of approaches and methods, systems thinking - which is given in person at any well-known technical university (of course, they are given at the request of the student).
But anywhere (again, if you wish) you can get the knowledge and experience necessary to perform a certain task: to know such and such technologies, such and such tools. Knowledge that will be quoted by any employer (I am now looking for candidates, I don’t look at education at all, 5 minutes on Skype will tell me more). But here you first need to set a task, and based on it, search.

The quality of the education received in distance learning, as well as in part-time education, largely depends on the student's wishes. The teacher only gives the program, the direction of movement, and controls that the student "does not go astray" :-)
