Dispute on aliexpress

Hello! Ordered on aliexpress 10 arduino nano. They looked perfect in the picture. In fact, it turned out that the legs were soldered by hand (the photo clearly shows factory soldering) and somehow. In addition, 9 boards arrived, instead of 10. Due to the poor quality of soldering, I requested a full refund from the seller (ask for the impossible, you will get the maximum, hehe). The seller put pressure on the fact that all 9 boards were working and was ready to return the money for only one missing board.
I asked him for a refund for 2 fees: for the missing one and one as a gift for shitty rations. I warned that I would open a dispute. The seller refused. He again noted that he would return the money only for one fee.
Opened a dispute for a 50% refund, describing the problem. After that, the seller has become kinder and is ready to fulfill any conditions without dispute.
However, I know that by closing the dispute I will agree that the seller is right and will not be able to open a dispute anymore.
How to meet the seller halfway (solve the problem without dispute) and not be deceived?

I don't see the point in giving up.
If you decide that 50% is a fair price for the quality of the goods that arrived, then describe everything in the dispute. You can reduce, say, up to 30%: 10 - absence, 20 - rather for trouble and waste of time than for non-factory soldering or small inconsistencies with the photo, it's everywhere, except for branded goods. If the quality is bad, and not just hand soldering (sometimes good), then increase the amount. But that's how I would do it IMHO.
The opportunity to open a dispute will disappear again, so decide for yourself the amount. To decide without a dispute - not to help other customers and the service to correctly evaluate the seller + he did not deliver additional conveniences to you, why go to a meeting?
