Displaying and filtering tv fields?

There is a parent in it list of resources. Each resource has an additional field with the "List of resources" output type. Now displays the id of the resource.
1. How can I make output id and value?
2. How can I disable the output of the tv field if it is not filled?
Now I did it like this:
