Displaying an image on a matrix from a TV, how to give a second life to a TV?

Hello. My Philips 32PFL4258T/60 TV is dead. Mainboard 715G5713-M0E-000-005X. On the board, everything goes to the processor - MEDIATEK MT5580MP01. Therefore, via HDMI, you can’t connect it in any way and you can’t select the image source, it doesn’t even turn on, it just hangs on the splash screen. The firmware on the flash drive does not determine and generally no reaction to either the buttons or the remote control. Turns on by itself when 220V power is applied.
So there is no point in changing the fee on it; it costs 6 thousand. And the least sense. When he worked, there was not much sense from him, he hung, rebooted. Not the first time I entered the SmartTV menu. Sites hang, videos do not play. the browser is not configured. You connect the mouse only the pointer runs. Doesn't respond to buttons.
I came across topics about Raspberry and thought whether it is possible to screw a raspberry or something more powerful to the TV matrix and how to control a mouse or remote control on a computer. With the ability to customize the browser and anything. Maybe someone in the subject and knows how to get out of the situation tell me. In fact, only a matrix is needed.
There are USB-LVDS controllers and universal scalers with a TV receiver, often they are hung on monitors from laptops. But you need to make a mini computer with an OS and the ability to use the Internet and watch movies from a flash drive. TV receiver is essentially not needed.
All pictures of boards and controllers are on them.

I didn’t really tinker with TVs, but if the matrix is \u200b\u200bthere is LVDS, then look for an HDMI-LVDS board and connect it to any computer / laptop / Raspberry. It will be very lucky if there is a datasheet for the matrix, then everything will become much easier.
