Display products with old_price + msDiscount products?

Hello. Such a question is how it is possible to carry out the withdrawal of all goods with old_price and goods for a promotion. And all this should be displayed through mFilter2...
Items with old_price are displayed like this:

Items on sale like this:

Is there any way to combine it somehow? So that both of them are displayed on the same page through the filter?

Write conditions in &where, something like:

&where=`{"Data.old_price:!=":"0","AND:Data.action:=":"1"}`
