Discussion-interactive in an open format, is it necessary?

Often there is an idea that I would like to discuss in a live format.
QA is not suitable because there is no question as such, or instead of one question - a series where the next question depends on the answer to the previous one.
This is best discussed in an interactive format, with a moderator who sets the topic (eg via IRC or Skype).
For example, “we are discussing the development workflow”.
At the end of the interactive, for example, the presenter can write an article that reflects what they have come to.

Therefore, I have several questions:
- does anyone need such a format?
- if necessary, how best to organize it from Khabrovites?
- Can you somehow solve the problem of open questions in a different way?

I think it would be great to make such thematic gatherings a tradition.

Well, what the heck fucked up (forgotten and abandoned) Google wave. But a chat (i.e. interactive, in real time, on a certain topic) in a browser with all the goodies of html 5 right on the hub (tape posts q & a events hubs of the company's discussions) is it.
