Discount on last size?

Good afternoon!
The product has a TP. You need to make a discount on the goods if there is one unit of any of the TP. Can this be done with standard tools? The condition from the picture does not fit, because the discount will be applied if the product has 3 TPs, and each TP has 1 unit in stock.

Just like in your picture, just select a property and make it equal to 1.
Create this very property for the product, write down the total number of TPs in it.
The value of the property can be changed by events, or when exchanging with 1s.
