Disabling the SQL server service?

Hello everyone, what could be that sql server (MSSQLSERVER) will be turned off?
it takes a few hours (1-2) and the service just turns off.
there is no error ...
checked on two servers and everything is also turned off the service, sql server 2014 if that.
