Disable gmail sync by time of day

Maybe someone knows an Android program that allows you to disable synchronization with mail at a given time. The situation is this, I left the shift and the work mail is no longer needed until the next shift, and sometimes I forget to turn off the synchronization, it wakes me up at night, it's unpleasant. If there is none, then at least completely disable synchronization. The phone is rooted, the script will go. I would be grateful for any kick in this direction.

You can use a profile manager like myprofiles . Create two profiles (day and night) and one rule (turn on the "night" profile from... to..., then turn on the "day" profile). In the "night" profile, turn off synchronization and volume to taste.
Synchronization will turn off for all programs, but I think this is even a plus when you want to sleep.
