Disable file dragging in File Explorer?

I've been wanting to disable dragging and dropping objects in Windows Explorer for a long time. That is, everything should be copied through the context menu as usual, but mouse clicks on the file and attempts to drag it somewhere should be ignored.
Very strange, but searching the Internet did not help find the desired parameter in the registry.
