Directory not opening in elfinder for umi cms?

In umi cms version 2.8.?? elfinder 2.0 beta is used as a file manager. Site moved from (Apache2 + php5.4 ) + nginx to nginx + php5-fpm (php 5.6).
Now the file manager works, but does not open 2 directories (in one there are more than 10 directories and several hundred files).
Someone faced similar?

With rights, everything is fine. The problem is that there were directories in the directory with a name like "r?r?r?".
After removal everything works.
