Directory in android?

I just noticed that on the android phone I started typing the name of a person, and I got a dozen more that were not on my phone. They appear under the heading "Directory Sitename.com"
I don't understand how they got there. This is the employer's site (upwork type), where I am registered, and they have mail on google.aps. I think something like this.
But how does it work, like if I have google.aps (yes, I have my own), how do I do the same thing so that I have a thousand and fifty phones that will be visible to all my users on their phones?

Found. In google.aps, you need to connect such a service for users, and create a common address book there.
