Direct image loading in CKEditor using Elfinder?

Good day!
Interested in the trail. question. Is it possible in CKEditor to do direct image loading without explicitly opening a file manager window

(in this case, Elfinder).
That is, when clicking on the "Download from disk" button,

the standard dialog box for loading file A immediately opens

after selection - the image URL immediately gets into this field of the CKEditor editor
