Dimming in wpf?

How to darken window background in wpf? the grid container is used as the element displayed on top of the window. I do not want to produce new windows-windows.

Change the font color to very close to white. And there are borders for buttons and other elements. In fact, there is a formula for this.
or Overlay a white container/panel on top and give it a certain transparency.
