DigitalOcean - how to add resource records?

I bought a domain, I want to bind SSL to it, I received an email:

To obtain a certificate, you must add a TXT record with the value .......... to the domain zone.

As I understand it, these are some kind of resource records. I linked this domain to DigitalOcean, but I didn’t understand at all where resource records are added. can someone tell me :)

DNS where do you host?
This is configured in the same place as A and MX records
