Digital ports stopped working?

There is a stereo mixer, through which I recorded sound from the system. It said "Digital port", but at some point it disappeared and the stereo mixer stopped working. I've reinstalled all drivers and windows, didn't help. Listening works, but you won’t be able to use it through applications, it gives an error. What to do?
