Digest of ROI initiatives on Habré?

On the well-known website of the ROI (Russian Public Initiative), quite a few initiatives are published that remain without due attention (at the time of posting 1663 initiatives). I am ready to take on "social responsibility" and publish a weekly digest of social initiatives.
I understand that habr is not for politics, but, from my point of view, on Habré, firstly, there are many conscious citizens, secondly, the majority are already registered for public services, and thirdly, a rather large audience.
Digest format: the name of the initiative, a brief summary (in my understanding) or, for example, the first paragraph.
Who likes this idea?
What day and what hub is best to publish?
Is it worth using "short links" with the ability to track click-through statistics and evaluate the usefulness of such digests?
PS I think that you can limit yourself not only to Habr, but also publish it on other resources.

In my opinion, this is a great idea. It seems to me that it is necessary to make a separate hub for this topic.
