Different Brother printer settings in programs, how to fix?

I have a Brother 8950DW printer, it is connected over the network and installed on 5 computers. All print normally, with the exception of one. In the print settings of the printer, all the settings are normal, but it’s worth going into any document and starting to print from there, it prints in the “Letter” parameters, tobish A5 paper size, I put the A4 format in the document itself, but they are not applied and it still prints the same way. Sometimes printers get mad for no reason.
First, what is in the settings inside the printer itself? what is in the driver settings (control panel / devices and printers / [device] / print properties)? What is in the program in the print dialog? And in the page settings of the document itself?
