Hello! What is the difference between frontend and web developer? Can WPF from .NET be classified as a frontend?

front-end - everything related to the client application, back-end - to the server.
web developer - a set that can overlap with both front-end and back-end developers.
WPF - yes, it can be attributed to the front-end.
