Did they stop supporting SHA-1 certificates today?

Good afternoon!
Today 2 sites stopped opening from mobile phones browsers swear at SHA-1.

From the computer the certificates are valid, the sites open.
One certificate was bought in February this year. The second one is free, but also not expired.

It’s not clear what to do, I walked around, but I didn’t see any news about rolling back support for these certificates today. All news of 2016.
Can anyone tell me where to dig, where to run?
