API

Did the API stop working after installing a new SSL for the domain?

Do not tell me .. We have an api.
We have extended ssl.
After that, clients began to complain that the API returned empty arrays.
The other part of the clients is in order. We also - we test through Postman and through the site - we get an array of data.
What is it, where to look..

I assume that they "renewed" exactly how they extended it, and did not receive a new one.
The clients may not trust this certificate. It is necessary to look that not so on the client.
The most common problem in this case is the absence of an intermediate certificate in the server responses, or the client simply does not have a root CA (it happens that the root may change during renewal).

there was about the same problem, after installing SSL we get a redirect from HTTP to HTTPS, depending on the settings, some servers may not work with the API when there is a redirect.
I would check for those who do not work where the request goes
