How to reactivate the license server without deactivating the previous one? (because windows was demolished)

There are no problems, MS is ready for such situations: when activating a new server, you can specify that the activation occurs again, and the old server is no longer available. Even the reason for the inaccessibility of the old server does not have to be indicated.
