Did brackets stop reading the html file after restarting the pc?

I made up the site, after restarting the computer, brackets suddenly stopped opening index.html. When opening the same file through the browser, nothing happens either.

Use editors that don't destroy files on shutdown. You can also try right-clicking on the file in Explorer - restore previous versions.
Given the situation, learn your lesson, make backups, use git, and write the markup again.
