I want to implement a slider on my site with works like on this site . How to do something similar with a diagonal parallax effect?

There is such a thing called a horizontal scroll, sculpt the animation on the scroll to it and turn it a few degrees in any direction. Point at the block and move the mouse wheel and the diagonal scroll is ready.
