DHCP+Powershell. What rights to give the user to obtain information about DHCP through Powershell?

Good afternoon.
Tell me please.
What rights to give the user to obtain information about DHCP through Powershell?
DHCP configured on Windows Server 2012 R2
There are standard groups, DHCP Users and DHCP Administrators.
Tried to add here and there. Still no rights to the Get-DhcpServerv4ScopeStatistics command
The user is not an admin. Just a user. Admin really do not offer)
Thank you in advance

Perhaps the path in the article will help you.
https://secureidentity.se/delegate-dhcp-admins-in-...
Just read more carefully: the author solves another problem: how to give administrative access to DHCP to a user without admin rights. About read access - it has one line at the end "do it by analogy" :D
At the same time there is a brief explanation why these two default groups "do not work"
PS For good, you would not bother with all this, but simply upload the necessary statistics to a file once every 5 minutes, and the user can work with the file, without directly working with services. But it all depends on what problem you are actually solving. In the question, you have formulated a problem with an already chosen solution, which the article will help you figure out, but perhaps you should not complicate the scheme so much and issue rights where they are really not needed
