Device emulator not created in Android studio. What is the problem?

I decided to learn how to write at least simple android applications and immediately stumbled upon a problem. For some reason, I can't create a phone emulator.

Because you don't have any emulator installed on your system. And you are not creating an emulator, but an instance of a virtual machine.
Your CPU/ABI item is inactive.
