Development of mvvm applications on wpf in modern realities?

I would like to know what mvvm frameworks / libraries are used to develop WPF applications in modern realities. There are a lot of articles on the Internet about Prism, MvvmLight, but, as I see it, the libraries have not been updated for a long time. Based on this, the question arises: maybe there are worthy alternatives to these libraries?

I use a free library from DevExpress. Satisfied.

Now ReactiveUI and Caliburn micro are fashionable, although I know that Prism is also used. Although, I think that in modern realities it is impossible to make even an average project on a bare MVVM framework.
