As I understand it, this course is free, so I would like to know who took this course, is it worth taking it if you want to master development from scratch?

Yes, a great course. Everything is deliciously simply chewed + a lot of practice.
If you are a complete beginner, then I advise you to first take this course or pay attention to
this book.
