Developers Console - Time delay when updating application statistics. Who faced?

In the Developers Console, statistics numbers have not been updated for more than 2 days, in the morning a message appeared:
"Temporary delay in updating application statistics.
Update of some daily statistics indicators is delayed. This problem will be solved soon."
Has anyone experienced this? If yes, how often does it happen? And how long can this continue?

It happens often, mostly (according to my feelings) at the time of the formation of payments for payments (beginning of the month) and the time of payments (15-20 of the month), it happens more often, you can’t do anything with it, if you need statistics, use it for this special tools, such as google analytics.
