I created a new account, I go to the Developer console, I accept the agreement, I click pay, the payment form opens, but after entering the data, the payment button does not respond. And then, when it gives an error. Tried creating another account, same story. At the same time, I tried to do it from different devices.
Maybe someone will tell? Thanks in advance!

A friend googled, it was written there that since October 1 there was a problem with Google Wallet and it was not even possible to pay for the application in the Play Market. Unfortunately, I can not provide links, because I personally did not see this information.
