In Ipv6, addressing is classful, so the first 64 bits with the /64 prefix indicate the subnet.
For example, for the address
2001:0db8:11a3:09d7:1f34:8a2e:07a0:765d/64, the subnet will be
2001:0db8:11a3:09d7::/64 or, in another way,
2001:0db8:11a3:09d7:0000:0000: 0000:0000/64 You
