description tags on woocommerce?

Tell me this moment. I have an IM on woocommerce in the Yandex webmaster, the absence of the description tag on the pages is an eyesore. I don’t have SEO plugins like Yoast, so I decided to set the description with the Easy WP Meta Description plugin, but then I read (for example, about product cards) that if there is no description, the text from the product description in the card is pulled up and thus the keys from the description are pulled up, in fact it is means that the description for the cards is not needed, right? Snippet, ranking, description, confused.
If you need to make a description on the cards, will the keys need to be set to those that are in the card in the same way? And so I understand everything will have to be done manually, mb someone uses other plugins, advise.

The Description meta tag is a very important SEO tag that must be unique across all pages of the site. At least the ones you want to see in the search results. Therefore, it is best if you fill it out manually. The meta description is detailed here.
