Describe the work process of a 1C programmer, how is it?

Briefly speaking. In my city there are vacancies only for 1C. I think to go there, but after reading (on the Internet) about the duties and the work process, it seems as if you are not a programmer, but a business analyst (something like that) + sys. admin + programmer + something else (depends on the employer). This is true ?

In most cases, this is a combination of "business analyst + programmer", i.e. be able to describe the task, make it and hand it over to the user. Sometimes knowledge of BU is also recommended when you need to find a problem in standard solutions.
