Derived name from the name of the service. Rights violation?

Hello.
There is an idea to make a website based on a large service, for example, Instagram (using its open API).
Will the rights be violated if the name of my project becomes, say, InstaDocs?
At the same time, a second question arose.
Can I make my project commercial, that is, make a profit by introducing tariff options, etc.? After all, the main feature of the project lies in the Instagram API.
