Deployment from GitHub to Windows server?

We develop a product that works in conjunction with another package. The whole thing is running on a Windows server. DB muscle + postgres, plus the api of the service that is still running on this server. We decided to automate the deployment process to test and production servers. Plus, there are two versions of the software, one of which is now only a hotfix, the second is being actively changed. The repository has two dev branches and one master, from which and into which hotfixes are poured. The question is how to deploy from dev branches to a test server. Everything is easier with linux, but here we are quite tense.
